I don't help women get their lives together. I help them come alive - in the mess, in the middle, in the unraveling nobody warned them about.

You don't need to fix your life before you're allowed to feel good. Joy isn't the reward at the end of the healing. Joy is the healing path of the journey.

Your desire isn't selfish. Your laughter isn't a distraction. Your truth isn't too much. The world doesn't need more perfectly polished women. It needs more women who embody authenticity.
